Horticultural Potting Grit is a washed lime-free grit that can be used in a variety of ways. The perfect accompaniment for cacti, succulents, alpines as well as top dressing bulbs. Horticultural potting grit provides extra drainage when added to compost and when dug into heavy soils. If using for aquatic planting it is recommended that the product is rinsed first to prevent clouding the water.
